Hi, I'm Joe Hogg

I’m a Personal Trainer based at M Club Hanley and Newcastle under Lyme. My main purpose as a PT is to help people achieve their health and fitness goals whilst still being able to enjoy life.

Tommy managed this in 12 weeks with just one dumbell all via Zoom whilst the gyms were closed. He also moved house during this period!
